Suspensions and Warnings.

I think we should have a system for the mods and admins, that you can ban someone if you're a mod or admin ONLY if it's needed and you discuss it.

Also, we should have a warning system, like that when someone does something wrong, we give a warning bar. The warning bar reaches 100&, the user is atuomatically suspended/banned for a week. It then goes to 100% and increases to 200%. Every time it reaches another 100%, the suspension time is doubled, and reaching 500% is an eternal ban.

That's what I meant. You can give them a 5% warning, a 10% warning, 15% and so on, or an immediate ban.

Numbers and statistics in punishments and rewards are not taken well by civilised people (ie people in of finished high school), as it makes them look dumb: it's your job as moderator to make everyone happy, even the aggressors and the bannees, so as to make the forum still look good, especially through word-of-mouth.

Also, the numbers mean a warning bar, like the level of warnings that have occured. It's a very simple of keeping track of the warnings a person has recieved.
